The company was established in Bethlehem, Palestine in 2020 by Mr. Tariq Albakri and Mr. Samer Awwad. The co-founders are highly experienced trainers and consultants who have been providing quality business coaching and consultancy in Palestine, Jordan, and Turkey. In mid-2023, the company expanded its core consulting teams and partnered with highly experienced researchers based in Palestine and diaspora to provide research services.
Our team works conjointly with companies, enterprises, and individuals in smart partnerships in providing hands-on solutions to help solve business challenges. This is through developing human capital by adopting innovative and pre-assessment-based trainings. Our team work with donors and other partners to gain the required knowledge and understanding to identify challenges and opportunities and design impact-driven interventions.
